Feel, better.

Healing for the heart, mind, body, and soul.

Welcome

My approach

Your healing journey is just around the corner, and I would love to support you along the way. I am an interactive, down-to-earth therapist who works with clients in a manner that is empathic, nonjudgmental, direct, and honest. If you chose to work with me, we will collaborate to determine the best therapeutic approach for you and work side-by-side to achieve your goals. My hope is throughout the process, you’ll feel fully supported, empowered to change, and hopeful for the future.

Your needs

If you are ready for deep and lasting change, therapy can be a great tool. My clients consist of adults ages 21 and up who are seeking healing from past trauma, release from substance use/chemical addiction, more meaningful relationships, healthier boundaries, and so much more. I welcome  veterans, active duty members and spouses, first responders, parents, professionals, addicts and/or alcoholics, those looking for spiritual integration, and seekers of a healthier life.

In-office and Walk-and-Talk therapy available.

My office is conveniently located in Central San Antonio. Walk-and-talk sessions will be offered in one of three convenient, public nature areas most accommodating to the client. I offer few virtual appointments and require most sessions to take place in person. Let’s connect today to see what is right for you!

FAQs

  • Therapy is an investment in your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and thus one of the most beneficial investments we can make. Session fees are determined by service type and frequency of appointments, and an accurate estimate of charges will be provided each client as required by the No Surprises Act (details included in “services” section).

  • I am a private pay practice and am not considered in network with any insurance providers. I can offer you a monthly statement (known as a Superbill) that you may provide to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement. In order to provide a superbill, I must include a diagnostic code recognized by insurance. This means I will have to “diagnose” a specific mental health disorder that may be reflected on your insurance records. Be sure to contact your insurance provider and ask, "How do I obtain reimbursement for therapy with an out-of-network provider?” All reimbursement will be at the responsibility of the client.

  • I require at least 24 hours advanced notice if you need to cancel or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. We may be able to move or reschedule if our schedules align, but I cannot guarantee this on short notice. If appropriate, I will allow for a virtual/telehealth session in order to maintain consistency.
